Kathi and Larry Armour  (seller ) and ________________________________________________________(Buyers), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of the Purchase by the Buyers from Sellers  of a Purebred Akita Puppy from the litter whelped

On ______________ by __________________________________________.

A Deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve a puppy. 
 

For the $_900.00____ for the puppy and $_350.00 (if applicable)____ for shipping, the seller Agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase a female;     Male ____

Puppy from the litter described above subject to the following terms.

Akita Application/Contract

1. Seller warrants that the above described puppy is a purebred Akita registered

With the AKC and that the registration papers will accompany the puppy at the time of transfer. Together with a copy of the pedigree for the parent dogs.

2. Seller warrants that the above described puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days from the time of delivery. (not including weekends or holidays)

3. If, as a result of the examination, the veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health them the buyer shall have the right to either keep the puppy or contact the seller for refund and return of the puppy.  The buyer also has the right to keep the puppy and per agreement with seller and buyer to be as they see fit.

4. Ownership of the puppy will be transferred to the Buyer for the sales price agreed upon listed above.  Paid as follows $300.00____ Deposit and $900.00______ balance.  ( this does not include the shipping costs.. The total with shipping is $1250.00)

This amount must be paid in full with additional $350.00_______ for shipping if it should be needed for the puppy to be delivered to the Buyers. (We use Continental Airlines Cargo to ship in the lower 48 United States) Should the purchaser desire to use another airlines the additonal cost is paid by the purchaser. Seller will provide Insurance on the flight of any puppies that are shipped at their expense to protect both the buyer and seller from unforseen flight injuries.

5. Buyer agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer, have access to a fenced yard, not to be chained or tethered, and will be provided with proper housing, a good quality food, annual shots and exercise and lots of fresh water. Buyer also agrees that this puppy  will not be used as a guard dog or any business that involves fighting for profit or fun. Buyer agrees that at least one basic obedience training course will be completed with the puppy by one year of age.

6. Seller agrees to uphold the guarantee of health for 1 year  for any genetic or birth defects,  if all items in  number 5  on this contract are abided by. This information will need to be verified by a certified veterinarian in writing for a fair resolution to be completed. To protect all parties involved. 
 

This agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this puppy. If the buyer breaches any part of this agreement, the seller is released from any obligations under this agreement.
