If I can say one word about raising Akitas it is Awsome... We love every minute of it .. We take them camping, fishing, to pet smart, to friends homes.. we just really enjoy the fun we have with our four legged friends. Some people think of their animals and people, I believe that they are always a step away from that.. a higher step.. they are dependent on us for food and water, fun and treats.. And we as humans need to supply the love and stability it takes to be a great dog. So if you are considering being the proud owner of an Akita.. please take your time and make the right choice.. We are always willing to discuss the ups and downs of the breed.. This is a great dog, but you have to be the alfa in your pack..
